Posted: 17th Sep 2015 | Written by Katrina GilbertFrom Tuesday 1 September, HGVs will need safeguards to protect cyclists, and improved mirrors to give drivers a better view around their vehicle if they want to enter London inside the M25.
The maximum fine for each breach of the ban will be £1,000. The operator will also be referred for consideration to the relevant Traffic Commissioner, who is responsible for the licensing and regulation of HGV operators.
